Congratulations to the latest agility graduates! Congratulations to the latest agility graduates! Gromit had fun this week filling for a student's dog who is recovering from surgery.
The year is winding down, but there's still time t The year is winding down, but there's still time to register for classes before the holidays. The late fall schedule is available now. You can register online for Clever Dog or email Cleverhounddogtraining@gmail.com with any questions or to register for other classes. We have added a new Thursday evening Clever Dog class to the schedule. Space is available in the Thursday daytime and evening classes beginning this month. Registration is open for the Advanced Clever Dog class that will begin January 6 at 6:45 pm. Fit Dog Level 2 will begin January 5 at 5:30 pm, with registration preference given to graduates of Fit Dog 1. There are limited openings in Scent Work class beginning November 6 at 6 pm and in Rally class beginning November 9. For more information or to register email cleverhounddogtraining@gmail.com. Some of the late fall scent work and rally classes will be shortened sessions so that classes can finish before the end of the year. Introduction to Agility will begin on January 7 at 5 pm. Registration opens on November 9 for Advanced Clever Dog graduates and November 16 for Clever Dog Graduates. We've been having a great time at the Fit Dog Walks! These one mile group walks will meet one of the requirements for AKC Fit Dog titles. These walks are free and open to everyone, but advanced registration is required. The walks will be held at various locations in the area. The next walk will be October 14 at 4 pm at Shiloh Hills Park in Sinking Spring. Register here or email cleverhounddogtraining@gmail.com. Private lessons are available on Zoom and at Godfreys on Thursdays and Fridays. Private lessons are the best option for dogs who are not comfortable in the presence of other dogs or for working on specific behavior challenges. A very limited number of Tuesday evening private lessons are also available now.

Wine 🍷 Country Day 1 had the kind of weather that Wine 🍷 Country Day 1 had the kind of weather that keeps us coming back every year. 🐻 Dani was Best of Breed and Owner Handled Best of Breed. In between breed and groups she had two speedy Fast CAT runs to finish her DCAT at the age of 13 months. 💙 Michelle handled her first outdoor trial like a pro, getting her Excellent FAST title with a 1st place. ☘️🪄Cara, Ginny, and Ari qualified in jumpers. 🧶Gromit and Silk convinced us that a perk of retirement was coming to dinner at Lucky Hare Brewing.
